You do realize that we have to have endless, permanent war, don't you? That's how the neocons intend to stay in power. We've not only not managed to capture the by now mythical bastards who performed mass murder at the WTC, but we're not even in control in Afghanistan considering the rage we've managed to create there this week.
We managed to win WW II in this amount of time. We haven't even begun to rebuild the WTC site. Gotta have that big empty space sitting there, I guess, for tourists to gawk at.
