Thanks for the link Thomas. I knew this decision was really bad, but I had no idea exactly how bad it was. We are moving into some really deep shit with this ruling. If I recall, the Fourth Circuit has been stacked with ultra-conservative judges. Is that Judge Sentelle's circuit? I hope somebody is keeping track of the names of the judges who hand down these decisions.
