I've described liberal McCain-worship as "submissive wetting". If you don't think that you can beat the big dog, you squat down before him, look up at him pitifully, and wet yourself -- hoping that he'll be merciful.

I like that term John. The Submersive Wetting Wing of the Democratic Party has a nice ring to it. Joe Biden is definitely a charter member.
