Ethics briefings! Wow! You mean Bush noticed that something's wrong? Bush wouldn't know what ethics is if he tripped over it. I wish I could be a fly on the wall at those upcoming briefings! Of course this is just more spin and PR and couldn't possibly make the slightest actual difference in the behavior of this administration.
Let's start using the correct word to describe the kind of behavior the Bush administration does best. Pathological.
