SOTU
-- by Dave Johnson
Believe it or not, I had to go to a business function this evening. I watched the SOTU from a DFA event, then had to leave before I had a chance to write about it.
But .. Dont't forget Mars!

You must have missed the memo, Dave. It's not "Mars, Bitches!" anymore, now it's
"No Chimeras, Bitches!"
Glad I could help.

Bush's manned mission to Mars has been more successful than the rest of his programs. At least it hasn't done any harm.

I carefully didn't watch the damned SOTU, but did watch the Democratic response. Judging by the results of the online polls the new Democratic Rapid Response e-mail directed me to, at least 49% of those who bothered to answer the polls didn't watch. Interesting.
It doesn't seem to matter that I didn't watch last night. There are plenty of re-runs of it, and the Repugs sent me the entire text this morning.
