Is This An H1-B Scam?

Approved H-1B applications: 110 Total jobs: 168So you know, these jobs usually pay much better. Except that lots of American's are having more and more trouble finding them. ESPECIALLY when they pass age 40 or so. But companies are complaining that they can't fill these jobs as an excuse to bring in more and more low-paid workers from other countries on "H1-B" visas.Principal's H-1b usage includes many software development positions paying between $43k - $50k.
