American Businesses for Clean Energy (ABCE) is a forum for leading U.S. businesses to register their support for swift Congressional action on clean energy and climate legislation.*
The ABCE mission is simple: Demonstrate large and small business support for Congressional enactment of clean energy and climate legislation that will significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The ABCE initiative is open to any company or business association that supports Congressional enactment of clean energy and climate legislation that will significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. By joining this initiative, your company makes a public statement urging Congress to act.
*ABCE does not evaluate specific policy proposals, and therefore does not express support for or opposition to any particular legislation or legislative elements.

Wow. Actual primary source reporting on the stimulus and green jobs.
All the pieces are there. $25 Billion provided by government. Thousands of community based committees ready to spring into action. And it is utterly bogged down even though it is the number 3 priority for this administration.
The assumptions are wrong. Green will fail if it waits for government largess and 'non-profits'. Green needs killer products or processes and for-profit initiative.
Green will be swept away at this pace until real green -- clean diesel, natural gas big rigs, NON subsidized solar, and real plug-in hybrids really catch on.
And will we do these things because they make sense and put money in people's pockets. We will do this things even knowing the global temperatures are going down right now due to Solar minimums and Pacific Decadel Oscillation.
